Special Holiday Rates & Minimum Stay Requirements:
Depending upon the date of your visit, special holiday rates and minimum stay requirements may apply, per the following:
April through June and September through January 2 night minimum except as follows:
A) July & August: 5 Nights
B) July 4th & Carnival Week: 5 Night Minimum
C) Columbus Weekend, Single Men's Weekend & Thanksgiving Weekend (3 Night Min Stays)
D) Women's Week: 4 Night Minimum Stay
E) Christmas and New Years: 3 Night Minimum Stays
NOTE: Shorter stays may be arranged at the discretion of the management
Occupancy and Rates: All rates are based on single or double occupancy. Rates are subject to change without notice and exclude applicable taxes.
Deposit & Payment Terms: Other than holidays and high season, a two-night minimum is always required for all advanced reservations except for those made on the same day.
The deposit required to confirm your reservation is equal to 50% of the total stay (excluding taxes) except as may be required for Holidays and Special Events. Cash, Travelers Checks, Visa and Master Card are all accepted.
NOTE: Personal Checks are accepted and requested for all reservations made more than 2 months in advance. Personal checks are only accepted for advanced deposits or full pre-payment. The balance of the room is due upon arrival.
All deposits and payments are due in U.S. funds only. We cannot accept personal checks as payment upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy: We realize that your vacation time is very precious to you and our main desire is to make you feel right at home during your stay. Unfortunately, unexpected changes do occur.
Therefore, our cancellation and/or early departure policy is as follows with no exceptions:
A) Your deposit is refundable up to 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival
date less 10% of your deposit or $25 dollars, whichever is greater.
B) Within 21 days of the scheduled arrival date, we cannot refund or transfer deposits regardless of the reason for cancellation. The entire deposit is forfeited as the agreed upon late cancellation fee. The same is true for stays that are shortened or for early departures. As there are no refunds due to medical or family emergencies, bad weather, missed or cancelled flights or ferry reservations, change of plans, etc., you may wish to consider purchasing trip insurance.
Damages: All rooms will be inspected prior to the arrival of guests. It is the guest's responsibility to bring any major damage issues to the attention of the Inn staff at the time of their arrival into the room. The Inn staff upon the departure of the guest will inspect rooms. The red Inn has the right to bill guests for any repairs and/or replacement that are needed that would be considered "beyond normal wear and tear". Beyond "normal wear and tear" shall be determined by the management of The red Inn. If the need for damage billing arises, The red Inn will bill damages to the guest credit card information that is placed on file at The Inn upon check in.
Non-Smoking Policy: The red Inn has a strict NON-SMOKING policy within all of our buildings. Ashtrays are provided in all of our numerous outdoor deck and common areas should you require them. A $200 fee will be charged to all rooms for
additional cleaning if manager determines guests were smoking in room.
Age Requirements: Regrettably, The red Inn is not an environment suitable for guests under the age of 18.
Pets: Though we do appreciate you not wanting to leave your loved ones behind, The red Inn cannot accommodate pets. However, a short distance from The red Inn and on the way to one of many beaches, you may drop your loved one(s) off at KC's Animal Resort here in Provincetown. KC's allows unlimited in and out privileges for you and your friend so, they too, can enjoy a walk on our near by beaches or a parade down Commercial Street!
