The Cape Light Room
The Cape Light Room is easily accessed from the first floor of the main building. While all of the guest rooms, suites and residences at The red Inn provide direct views across Provincetown Harbor, this room provides an amazing environment from which to experience the local phenomenon known as "Cape Light". Your view from The Cape Light Room spans Provincetown Harbor, including the Town's skyline and many working piers and continues west across Cape Cod Bay and Long Point Lighthouse; literally, the very tip of Cape Cod. The Cape Light Room is located in the oldest section of The Inn (c. 1805).

The Long Point Light Room
In the middle 1800's, the spit of land known as Long Point, was the site of a once thriving community; complete with a school located within the lighthouse, a general store, a salt works and blackfish oil processing businesses, and a population of 200 people! The Long Point Room is located in the second oldest section of The Inn and was added to the main structure in the early 1900's. Many consider this to be the most intimate guest room at The Inn, offering quaint yet spacious accommodations.

The Harbor's End Suite
The Harbor's End Suite is easily accessed from the first floor of the main building. This spacious, open accommodation offers beautiful views of Provincetown Harbor and Long Point and direct water access. At low tide, one can enjoy a lengthy stroll along the sand flats in this tranquil corner of Provincetown Harbor. The moonrise from this location is truly one of the most spectacular events one could hope to experience during their stay in Provincetown!

The Monument View Room
The Monument View Room, with its easterly exposure, provides spectacular sunrise views over Cape Cod Bay and the village of Provincetown. Watching the moonrise over the Harbor from this guest room is a sight to behold as the towering Pilgrim Monument (the tallest all granite structure in the United States) creates a stunning silhouette against nature's backdrop. This is the room that President Roosevelt reportedly stayed in when he visited Provincetown to lay the cornerstone for the same Monument seen from the east windows of this room! The Monument View Room is located on the second floor of the portion of The Inn, which was constructed in 1805, and is accessed by a narrow, ship-like staircase.

The Pilgrim's Landing Suite
This elegant, two-room suite is the largest of our second floor guest accommodations. The separate sleeping quarters, with wide plank floors, is connected to the spacious living area through beautiful, French doors. The living space features comfortable reading chairs, a second television, and "wet bar". This large one bedroom suite features five water view windows which overlook the area of Provincetown Harbor known as "the place where the Pilgrims landed in 1620". The Pilgrim's Landing Suite also serves as the primary living space for those wishing to explore the Inn's two and/or three bedroom suite options.

The Sunset View Room
This spacious guest room is located on the west end of the second floor and is ideal for the guest seeking comfort, roominess and privacy. Enjoy a good book in a cozy oversized chair and ottoman or while away the afternoon in anticipation of one of Provincetown's spectacular sunsets; the colors of which paint the sensational vistas over the Harbor, the Moors and the Provincelands.

The Chauffeur's Cottage
Formerly, these quarters were used to house the Chauffeurs who were employed by those who frequented The red Inn. Today, this one bedroom residence has undergone extensive renovation and has become one of The Inn's most desirable accommodations. The interior space is open and airy, yet wonderfully cozy and comfortable.

The Delft Haven Residence
This two room, tri -level, lofted guest residence has unsurpassed views and direct water access. At high tide, one feels as if they are sailing the high seas, as there is "water, water everywhere"! This is truly a remarkable environment and a place to enjoy some of the world's most sensational vistas…a perfect escape from the stresses of modern life. There is, however, one downside to occupying the Delft Haven Residence at The red Inn…once you arrive, you may find it nearly impossible to leave!
